25-3 Park is located in the Nam Dinh Textile and Garment Urban complex with an area of more than 3000m2. This is where the traditional eagle tree is planted, marking the workers’ movement and the birth of the First Party Committee of Nam Dinh province. The park will be a place to enhance the province’s history, as well as a space where people of all ages communicate, entertain and exercise.
