This commercial residential tower project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, features 17 above-ground floors and 5 basement levels, encompassing a total built-up floor area of 29,616 m² and 150 luxury apartments. The project presents the unique challenge of blending a modern, high-end residential style with the Salmani Design Principles, rooted in indigenous Saudi Arabian architecture. Drawing inspiration from the dramatic rock formation of the Edge of the World, the twin-tower design is sculpted to reveal a spacious public plaza at the front, creating a direct and seamless connection to the new Riyadh Metro line, optimizing convenience and public transit access.
