The project has 95,000m2 of construction floor, includes 40 floors high and 3 basements. The main function of the building is commercial, office for rent and mid-end apartment. The concept design of the building’s facade is soft, curving like silk, just like the waves of the sea – a characteristic sign of a coastal tourist city.
